Chemical Engineer
Work at the heart of EL: the phosphors, dielectrics, inks and coatings that make light printable.
What you’ll do
- Formulate and test inks, pastes and coatings for each EL layer
- Evaluate raw materials from global suppliers and qualify new sources
- Optimise viscosity, adhesion, curing and brightness for production
- Run R&D trials in our chemistry lab and document results rigorously
- Support safe storage, handling and disposal of chemicals
What you’ll bring
- B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. in chemical engineering, chemistry or materials science
- 1+ years in inks, coatings, polymers, adhesives or functional materials
- Strong lab discipline and data-driven experimentation
- Curiosity about how materials create light
Nice to have
- Experience with screen-printable or conductive inks
- Knowledge of phosphors, dielectrics or thin films
