Careers · We’re hiring

Help us print the future of light.

We are a small, hands-on team building one of the rarest technologies in Indian manufacturing. We are growing, and we’re looking for people who want their work to glow.

Why Autus Lumos

Work on light that
few people in the world can make.

01

A rare technology

Electroluminescence is a specialist field. Here you learn it from the ground up: chemistry, printing, electronics and design.

02

Real ownership

A small team means your work ships. Ideas move from the lab to the production floor to customers in weeks, not years.

03

Learn across disciplines

Sit next to engineers, chemists, designers and makers. Everyone understands how the whole product comes together.

04

Built in India, for the world

Work with global customers, overseas suppliers and leading EL companies, right from our facility in Pune.
