What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers and OEM partners
- Coordinate samples, orders, timelines and deliveries across teams
- Turn feedback into action with production, R&D and quality
- Spot opportunities to grow every account
What you’ll bring
- Graduate degree; technical background preferred
- 2+ years in account management or client servicing
- Excellent coordination and follow-through
- Calm, clear and professional communication
Nice to have
- Experience with international or OEM clients
